You’re never too old to learn something new!
We all know it’s important to keep our brain active. Exercising the brain is as important as exercising the body.
“One of the five ways to wellbeing is to keep learning and it is included for very good reasons. The learning process will keep neurons firing, which assists in boosting memory, improving attention and has the potential to assist in staving off dementia.”
Martin Rogan, chief executive of Mental Health Ireland
Join an English group: exercise your brain, make new friends, reach a goal and give yourself a feeling of success.
In the 90-minute sessions we will do some grammar, learn some new words and talk about an interesting topic. Above all, participants are encouraged to speak. Don’t be shy, the group is small and the atmosphere friendly!
New groups on request.
